Yassine GhazouaniInternational Center ForHuman Rights, Counter‑Terrorism And ExtremismResidence 26/26, Building K, 3rd Floor, Apartment 15,2089 Kram Ouest, Tunis, Tunisia+21656642333 | [email protected] Ghazouani International Center for Human Rights, Counter-Terrorism andExtremismArticle 1: Name and Legal Status1.1 The official name of this entity shall be the Yassine Ghazouani International Center for Human Rights, Counter-Terrorism and Extremism (hereinafter referred to as "the Center").1.2 The Center is established as an independent, non-governmental, non-profit, and unincorporated research association and digital think tank.1.3 The Center operates internationally as a virtual intellectual platform, conducting its activities through secure digital networks, official publications, and online research channels.Article 2: Aims and ObjectivesThe strategic objectives for which the Center is established are:2.1 To conduct, publish, and disseminate academic articles, policy papers, and strategic research regarding the prevention and countering of violent extremism (PVE/CVE) and terrorism.2.2 To advocate for, raise awareness of, and monitor global international human rights standards in line with United Nations conventions and treaties.2.3 To bridge the gap between security strategies and human rights frameworks, promoting the principle that effective counter‑terrorism must strictly respect the rule of law.2.4 To leverage investigative journalism, newsgathering, and OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) methodologies to counter extremist propaganda and digital radicalization.Article 3: Governance and Management3.1 The Center shall be fully managed, directed, and represented by its Founder and Executive Director: Yassine Ghazouani.3.2 The Founder holds all executive, administrative, legal, and editorial authority, including the ultimate decision-making power regarding published content, international partnerships, and strategic directions.3.3 The Center may, at the discretion of the Founder, appoint an advisory board or recruit volunteer researchers and contributing writers to support its academic and awareness missions.Article 4: Finance and Non-Profit Nature4.1 The Center is strictly a non-profit association.
