THE EQUATION OF MAAT II: 5 IS THE NUMBER OF THE NEWBORN

ABSTRACT This study investigates the mathematical significance of the number 5 as a principle of birth and equilibrium (MAAT). Two independent datasets were analyzed. (1) Cosmic Dataset: The ancient Egyptian Sirius calendar divides the year into 295 days of Light (Sirius visibility) and 70 days of Darkness (Duat invisibility). 295 + 70 = 365 days. Digital root of 365 = 3+6+5=14 → 1+4=5. (2) Mathematical Dataset: In the 1-9 system, removing the central number 5 yields S'={1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9}. Sum below 5 = 10, sum above 5 = 30, total = 40, count = 8, mean = 40/8=5. Both systems independently regenerate 5. Biological correlation shows pentamerous (5-petaled) medicinal plants and 5-pointed human anatomy share this code. We conclude 5 is the Number of the Newborn - the child of Light and Darkness.
