Cheap Construction Technologies as the Foundation of a Lunar Economy

The article presents an overview of promising lunar ISRU technologies that reduce by orders of magnitude the costs of regolith binding, construction, and the fabrication of structures from local materials. A new approach to the organization of work and the maintenance of automated and industrial machinery is proposed, ensuring the transition from an expeditionary to an industrial model of lunar presence.
