FHESS >< FESS >< FCLS WORKING PAPER — RESEARCH NOTE 23 — OBJECTIVE STRATEGIC INTENT, ENDOLOGICAL WARFARE, CARE AND CONFIGURATIONAL READABILITY

Research Note 23 develops a transferable method for moving from what is empirically found to what may responsibly be attributed, while preserving the distinctions between finding, attribution, interpretation and decision. FESS (Field Endometaphysical Science Series), FCLS (Field Criminal Science Series) and FHESS (Field Hybridity Endocriminological Science Series) are three related scientific reading series brought into configurational relation in this Research Note. FESS investigates configurations from an endometaphysical metaposition; FCLS opens criminological and legal readings; FHESS investigates hybridity, positions, grammars and capacities under ZORGVERANTWOORDING (CARE ACCOUNTABILITY). Their relation is configurational rather than hierarchical: FESS >< FCLS >< FHESS. The inquiry begins with a simple empirical operation: BUT LOOK. Before intention, hybridity, causality or strategic meaning are attributed, the configuration is first made readable. Two elementary reality tests preserve what is present in the field and the genealogy of what is subsequently introduced into it. From this starting point, the Note develops CONFIGURATIONAL READABILITY and examines HYBRIDITY AS ATTRIBUTION AFTER CONFIGURATIONAL READABILITY. Temporal succession, configurational relation and causal reading remain distinguishishable, preserving READABILITY >< DECIDABILITY. Within the legal field, OPZETₒ opens an operational doctrinal space for examining how legally relevant MENTAL ELEMENTS can acquire objective and empirical readability. EXINTENT identifies an intentional direction insofar as it becomes readable ex campo. AANGRIJPINGSPUNT (FULCRUM) subsequently makes readable the configurational position through which an available force, capacity, mental element, operative direction or CARE can acquire leverage. These operations are applied to ENDOLOGICAL WARFARE, the Trojan-Horse configuration, OUTER CAPTURE >< INNER CAPTURE, RESPONSE >< ANSWER, judicial answer-capacity and CARE. The OPERATIVE CONFIGURATION is understood as the configuration as it is actually organised and functions in practice. The resulting method preserves distinct forms of authorship. Scientific inquiry can make a configuration readable and formulate scientific attributions, while a judicial position retains its own KRINEIN (DISCERN AND DECIDE WITHIN ONE'S OWN POSITION). FIRST MAKE THE WORLD READABLE. THEN REMAIN PRECISE ABOUT WHO ATTRIBUTES, WHO INTERPRETS, AND WHO DECIDES. Research Note 23 thereby provides methodological groundwork for subsequent FHESS communications, including the developing Communication XVIII, while retaining an independent publication function applicable to the study of complex hybrid, strategic, legal and institutional configurations.
