Indolent T-lymphoblastic proliferation in cervical lymph node with synchronous B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia involving bone marrow and hypereosinophilia
Indolent T-lymphoblastic proliferation (iT-LBP) coexisting synchronously with B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia and hypereosinophilia illustrates a critical diagnostic challenge. Although iT-LBP looks like T-lymphoblastic lymphoma, it lacks aggressive behavior and clonality. Diagnosing this composite condition correctly requires meticulous integration of tissue analysis, cell markers, and flow cytometry assessments. Awareness of this rare entity and co-occurrence with hematolymphoid neoplasms would prevent misidentification and ensure the patient receives appropriate therapy.
