nbsp;The article develops a systematic approach to the in-depth analysis of the interaction between an organization's strengths and opportunities based on the combination of SWOT analysis methods and Atkin's Q-analysis. This integration allows for a transition from traditional qualitative interpretation of factor relationships to a formal topological description of the structure of interdependencies between internal and external environment elements and procedures for constructing quantitative assessments of possible revenues and losses. The application of Q-analysis provides the ability to identify multi-level relationships between strengths and opportunities, reveal hidden interaction clusters, and build a multidimensional model of strategic potential. The approach allows for the evaluation of not only direct but also indirect relationships, determining the degree of connectivity of the strategic factor system and its structural stability. The results obtained can be used to decision-making support nbsp;in the areas of strategic planning, risk management, and cybersecurity development. The proposed approach contributes to increasing the accuracy of assessing potential development scenarios and the validity of choosing strategic priorities under conditions of high uncertainty.
