Allergic and immunological diseases are among the fastest-growing non-communicable conditions worldwide, affecting all age groups and regions.1 The increasing burden of asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, food allergy, and other immune-mediated conditions is driven by complex interactions between genetics, environmental exposure, urbanization, and climate change.1 This trend highlights the urgent need to rethink allergy and immunology care in terms of accessibility, innovation, and sustainability.
