Clinicopathological Challenge: Giant Cellulitis‐Like Sweet Syndrome With Retiform Petechiae and Vasculitis‐Like Histopathological Features

ABSTRACT We report a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia who developed giant cellulitis‐like Sweet syndrome with concurrent retiform petechiae and vasculitis‐like histopathological changes. This case highlights a potential diagnostic pitfall whereby Sweet syndrome may clinically and histologically mimic cutaneous vasculitis.
