IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF SKILLED WORKFORCE TRAINING THROUGH THE INTEGRATION OF LABOUR MARKET NEEDS AND THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

This article examines approaches to improving the efficiency of skilled workforce training through the integration of the education system with labour market needs. It analyses the mismatch between graduates' competencies and employers' requirements in the context of technological and structural changes in the economy. The study identifies labour market forecasting, cooperation between employers and educational institutions, dual education, practice-oriented curricula, graduate employment monitoring, and the use of digital labour market data as key mechanisms for improving workforce training. The findings indicate that aligning educational programmes with labour market requirements can enhance the effectiveness of workforce training and contribute to human capital development.
