What an entropic model of gravity must satisfy: six constraints, two dimensionless quantities, and a test feasible today

An entropic model of gravity is examined in which mass, energy and information density are identified with one another and the relative entropy of that information density acts as the driver. Every analytical statement is checked symbolically, and every statement admitting a counterexample is submitted to a satisfiability solver with its negation as input. The literal identification of mass with information carries no driver: merging two masses yields exactly zero information gain, and a counterexample is found immediately. A driver requires an information measure growing faster than linearly in mass, with the threshold at exponent one. Newton's law does follow from the chain, but the exponent of the force law equals the exponent of the surface carrying the information, so the inverse square is assumed rather than derived, and the gravitational constant is passed through rather than obtained. Two dimensionless quantities emerge. The first, T S / E = 1/p, is fixed at exactly 1/2 by general relativity, confirmed numerically for four black holes across ten orders of magnitude. The second follows from an exact identity linking entanglement entropy and relative entropy, together with positivity: delta = S(rho||sigma) / |Delta | >= 0, with general relativity at delta = 0.Unlike the first, this is one-sided: deviations can only go one way. Abstract

That superadditivity cannot reside in the gravitational charge; the scale independence of thegravitational constant bounds the deviation by p - 1 < 7.9e-11, whereas the natural candidates lie ten orders of magnitude above.
