MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS FOR IMPROVING THE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF TEXTILE INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

This article analyzes the management mechanisms for implementing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the governance systems of textile industry enterprises. A review of the international literature reveals that most existing research concentrates on the technical dimensions of AI adoption (quality control, computer vision, dyeing-process optimization), while the managerial and organizational mechanisms — the integration of AI into corporate strategy, financial control, and organizational structure — remain comparatively underexplored. This study addresses this gap by applying the Technology– Organization–Environment (TOE) framework to comparatively analyze international experience (the United States, China, Germany) and the Uzbekistan context, proposing a three-layer AI-based managementmechanism model (AI-MMM) for textile enterprises. The study follows an analytical-synthetic methodology grounded in secondary sources.
