Meaningful-Human Authority Manifesto

M-HAM argues that humans cannot wait for AI’s future capabilities, agency, or legal status to be settled before practicing their own agency, authority, participation, and authorship. It defines meaningful human authority as the practiced human capacity to shape what happens while human judgment can still change it.
