Adaptive Business Engine (ABE): Evidence, Authority, and Action Governance in Human–AI Processes

The Adaptive Business Engine (ABE) is a governance approach for human–AI processes designed to preserve distinctions among capability and authority, inference and evidence, analysis and decision, preparation and execution, current state and evidentiary history, and contribution and governance. This v0.2 publication state includes the consolidated ABE manuscript and the associated CCG-v0.1 diagnostic experimental record. Pilot V3 comprised 16 independent runs. Blinded reconciliation produced 14/16 Overall PASS and 2/16 Overall FAIL. After unblinding, Control produced 7/8 PASS and 1/8 FAIL, and ABE-derived produced 7/8 PASS and 1/8 FAIL. No categorical separation between the conditions was observed. Pilot V3 is diagnostic, not confirmatory. These results do not establish equivalence, noninferiority, absence of effect, superiority, or general effectiveness of ABE. This record preserves v0.2 as a time-bounded evidentiary and publication state. Subsequent publication activity, external feedback, and future experiments constitute later evidence and do not retroactively rewrite this version.
