The Irish-language poet and musician Séamus Barra Ó Súilleabháin was invited to take part in a day-long conference on Poetry And/As Sound Art at Uppsala University. In the following interview, Séamus explains his artistic practice, and discusses the role of the Irish language and its tradition, the spoken and written word, script, and music in his project.
