Time Is The Universe: Law of Conservation of Time and $T_0$ as Fifth Field- Consciousness as Activity of God

TER proposes: Time is not in the Universe, Universe is in Time. Fundamental Law: $d/dt(Time_{total})=0$, $Time_{total}=Time_{observable}+T_0$. $T_0$ = Nothingness = Fifth Field deeper than quantum vacuum. Genesis Chain: Nothon $\\to$ Time Density $\\to$ Space $\\to$ Matter $\\to$ Forces $\\to$ Life $\\to$ Consciousness (self-reflective Time). $F=ma$ and $E=mc^2$ are two limits of same T0 Curve (Fig.4). Consciousness is not brain activity, but activity of God.
