Perceived Stress, Sleep Quality and Willingness Towards Qigong Breathing in Barasat, North 24 Parganas: A Pilot Study (N=11)

This is a preliminary study examining the relationship between perceived stress and Baduanjin Qigong practice (N=11). Background: Perceived stress is a major factor affecting student well-being and academic performance. Methods: This pilot study was conducted with 11 participants to explore stress levels and the potential benefits of Baduanjin Qigong, a traditional Chinese mind-body exercise. Results: Preliminary findings suggest associations between regular practice and stress indicators. Data and analysis are included in the uploaded file.
