Design and Implementation of a Web-Based Management Information System for Inventory Control in a Retail Store A Computer Science project from Imo State University, Owerri, that tackles the inefficiencies of manual stock keeping in retail stores through a lightweight, web-based Management Information System. Built using the Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology (SSADM), the system automates sales recording, real-time stock updates, low-stock reorder alerts, and management reporting. It replaces error-prone ledger books with a centralized, database-driven platform.
