NHOS Clinical Symptom Intelligence: Comprehensive Technical Reference (Research Prototype)
NHOS Clinical Symptom Intelligence v1.0.0 is a 100% on-device, browser-based research prototype for mapping free-text symptom descriptions to a curated library of clinical conditions across a structured multi-system taxonomy. This comprehensive technical reference documents the system architecture, clinical methodology, red-flag rule design, vitals interpretation approach, predictive-index registry, explainability engine, content manifest and provenance mechanism, internal validation record, and the complete clinical condition library as Appendix B. Scope. This release is published as a research prototype. It is not a validated clinical tool, does not diagnose, and is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation. All rule thresholds and mapping weights are heuristic and require independent clinical review before any clinical use. Architecture. Everything runs entirely in the user's browser. No server-side data processing, no telemetry, no accounts, and no cloud dependency. Health data remains on the user's device by default. Contents. This reference includes the full technical note (Sections 1–10), red-flag rule tables, the complete clinical condition library (43 body systems, approximately 1,774 conditions), content release metadata, and glossary. Companion record. A shorter brief version containing the technical note only is published as a separate companion record. See the related identifier below.
