INTEGRATED DIGITAL TWIN ARCHITECTURE FOR SEISMIC AND SMART INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT IN TASHKENT
Earthquake resilience has become a strategic priority for rapidly urbanizing cities located in seismic regions. Tashkent requires an intelligent infrastructure management system capable of monitoring structural health, predicting seismic risks, and supporting rapid emergency response. This research proposes an Integrated Digital Twin Architecture that combines the Internet of Things, Building Information Modeling, Geographic Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and structural health monitoring into a unified digital ecosystem. The proposed framework improves seismic risk assessment, predictive maintenance, infrastructure resilience, and evidence-based urban governance while supporting the sustainable development of Tashkent Smart City.
