UNICHE D4.2 Use case and ECCCH compliance

This deliverable presents the results of integrating the definition of pilot-based use cases with the strategic positioning of the UNICHE platform within the European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage (ECCCH). The first part consolidates operational scenarios identified through co-design workshops across the four UNICHE pilot locations (Kalapodi, Ugento, Museo Galileo, and Wrocław). These scenarios are formalised into structured use cases that clarify contextual constraints, deployment conditions, and recurring cross-pilot patterns. In complementarity to Deliverable D4.1, this section describes how pilot-based scenarios are formalised into structured use cases in real heritage environments. The second part establishes the ECCCH integration strategy for UNICHE. Drawing on the ECHOES reference framework, it introduces a maturity model based on three integration levels and adopts the ECHOES 6-step integration cycle as a guiding methodological approach. The concept of Integration Units is defined as the architectural mechanism through which UNICHE interacts with ECCCH components at system boundaries. The deliverable is the currently submitted version – pending formal acceptance.
