An Integrated Teaching Model Based on (Think-Pair-Share) and Concepts Map Methods

Teaching methods have undergone tremendous development in recent times. However, it is still observed that most teachers continue to rely on traditional methods based on rote instruction and memorization. Such methods are no longer compatible with the demands of the rapidly developing era. Therefore, teachers need to seek modern teaching methods that stimulate students’ thinking and convey knowledge to them in ways that enable them to acquire knowledge independently in the future, such as the Think–Pair–Share method and the Concepts Map method. This article presents a teaching model designed around the integration of these two methods, along with the design of a science lesson that illustrates how this integration can be implemented.
