PHILIA OS SC_Phase3 · 116th DOI Results Report v1.9: PHILIA Knowledge Graph Probe — Full-Corpus Wikipedia Evidence Harvest (57-Item Registered Exploratory Run)

This document presents the 117th DOI results report of the PHILIA OS research series (Trinity AI Research Team, Konyang University). It reports the registered exploratory study results applying the PHILIA Knowledge Graph (KG) Probe pipeline (v3.7, SHA: c99d9d6a) to the full 57-item CH7 corpus under LIVE Wikipedia fetch. Key findings: 363 body rows selected from 1,191 candidates (30.5%); 6 items yielded 0 body rows (CPU paragraph-scoring failure 3, primary-path title-lookup failure 2, Step3b sentence-selection failure 1); structured layers deposited 1,942 WIKITABLE + 1,719 INFOBOX + 392 EXTLINK rows; fetch success 93/94 = 98.9% final (88/94 = 93.6% primary-path); provenance stamps verified across all 4,416 rows (code_sha c99d9d6a uniform). Team picking of all 57 items (Pandora, Lucas, Opus for error layer; Fable 5.1 for normal layer): YES 26 / PARTIAL 27 / NO 4 (strict external-URL standard). Pre-registration analytic violations: 0.
