The Relational Bio Seismograph Index RBSI Human Beings as Living Sensors of Coherence

The human nervous system functions as an open relational antenna—a bio-seismograph—tuned to the subtle rhythms of the body, other people, and the Earth's magnetic field. The Relational Bio-Seismograph Index (RBSI) quantifies the capacity of this system to maintain protected coherence. When the index remains above the golden-ratio threshold Φ ~1.618, sensitivity becomes adaptive insight and empathy. When it falls below, the same sensitivity floods consciousness as unfiltered voices, projections, and executive overload. This paper presents the definition and components of the RBSI, situates it within established findings on avian magnetoreception, evolutionary threat-detection templates, and predictive-processing accounts of psychosis, and derives the index rigorously from the Universal Relational-Geometric Coherence Law (URCL). Lived phenomenological data from schizophrenia-spectrum experience are treated as leading observational evidence balanced against peer-reviewed neuroscience.
