Occupation Currents and the Selection of Dynamics

Occupation currents determine a Hamiltonian once its occupation-diagonal energy is fixed. For a finite array of complete eight-level clocks, we prove that the original normalized-row construction fixes exactly this diagonal part. Within that class, equal current operators therefore imply equal dynamics, with a quantitative bound that retains the full field. A broader class preserving the same current identities admits a positive occupation bias. One common interference experiment distinguishes the biased and unbiased laws for every internal clock state: the predicted probability gap is at least 7/8. We derive the response and its error tolerance, and specify how a common controller transfers the distinction to a retained record. The remaining selection question is concrete: what fixes the complete diagonal energy, or the experimental responses that determine it? Files. Abstract

Files. The 9-page paper and a sanitized archive containing its complete LaTeX source, reproduction instructions, evidence manifest, change log and license.
