Bacterial strains exhibiting antimicrobial activity

In this study, soil samples were collected from greenhouse soils in Lhasa, Xizang. After enrichment culture and isolation and purification on LB medium, using Botrytis cinerea as the indicator strain, several bacterial strains with antifungal activity were obtained by screening. In subsequent tests, these strains exhibited inhibitory effects on the growth of various plant pathogenic fungi.
