Informational inputs are not subjective messages addressed to individuals, but portions of a universal transmission that each person can grasp according to their degree of being, feeling, and conceiving. The matrix does not choose to transmit; transmission is its intrinsic quality, expressed in instantaneity. Through resonance and vibrational frequencies, everything is “as if” contained within one’s interiority. Neutral presence—when tuned to the correct frequencies—allows the grasping of informational inputs and can be compared to the inner spark traditionally said to reside in each person.
