Gate 0 — Observer–Horizon Bridge Audit
Gate 0 Technical Report v1.0 systematically audits the observer-to-horizon mapping explicitly left open in Physics v1.0. It examines whether established geometric-entanglement and semiclassical-gravity constructions close that mapping under the original Physics v1.0 assumptions. The result is UNRESOLVED IN GENERALITY. This component does not modify Physics v1.0 and does not license Gate 1 from the existing assumptions.
