THE DEGREE OF AVAILABILITY OF SUSTAINABLE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AMONG KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS IN THE STATE OF KUWAIT FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF FEMALE PRINCIPALS

Abstract The study sought to determine, from the perspective of administrators, the extent to which kindergarten teachers have access to sustained professional development. The study used a descriptive survey methodology, and the two researchers created a questionnaire to gauge the availability of professional development. The study sample, which included 145 directors, was selected at random, with a percentage of 62%. The study's findings indicated that the availability of professional development was generally present and significant, with no statistically significant differences found in the degree of availability due to years of experience or governorate, but there were significant differences found in the degree of availability due to the academic qualification variable and in favor of postgraduate studies.
