An Information-Theoretic Framework for Emergent Spacetime Dynamics, Horizon Thermodynamics, and Testable Cosmological Signatures

Physics v1.0 presents a theoretical information-thermodynamic framework connecting quantum subsystem descriptions, finite-resource information dynamics, horizon thermodynamics, and candidate cosmological signatures. The framework is dimensionally closed and internally specified under its stated assumptions. Established physical results, modeling assumptions, open theoretical bridges, and phenomenological observational ansatzes are explicitly distinguished. The observer-to-horizon and model-to-gravitational-wave mappings remain open theoretical bridges and are not presented as first-principles derivations. This project preserves the frozen Physics v1.0 release artifacts and their SHA-256 provenance record.
