Copper-Catalyzed Cross Coupling of Glycosylthiol/seleno Sulfonates and Alkynes
A copper-catalyzed coupling method between glycosyl thio/selenosulfonates and alkynes has been developed. This approach features mild reaction conditions, operational simplicity, and good compatibility, enabling efficient access to a wide range of structurally diverse glycosyl alkynyl thio/selenoethers. Furthermore, the resulting products can be readily transformed via click chemistry into novel glycosyl-linked triazoles, providing valuable scaffolds for subsequent functional investigations.
