FESS / FHESS RESEARCH NOTE 20 — FROM RESPONSE TO ANSWER: I SHALL NOT HATE, AFWEER >< VERWEER, SOCIO-REFLEXIVE CAPTURE AND SOCIOVID 26

FESS / FHESS Research Note 20 develops the distinction RESPONSE >< ANSWER through the empirical and relational finding field opened by Izzeldin Abuelaish’s “I SHALL NOT HATE” and Petra De Sutter’s public articulation of an encounter that touches. The Note investigates AFWEER (offensive capacity) >< VERWEER (defensive capacity / self-protection), OUTER CAPTURE >< INNER CAPTURE, socio-reflexive circulation, SOCIO-CAPTURE and SOCIOVID 26 as configurations through which the availability and authorship of an ANSWER can be studied. The investigation subsequently enters HYBRID WARFARE through two differentiated empirical finding operations: (1) the finding of DAMAGE and (2) the finding of COGNITIVE DAMAGE. NATO, NATO Allied Command Transformation and NATO Defense College source material provides an empirical field concerning hybrid operations, perception of reality, cognition, rationality, behaviour, orientation and decision-making. FESS/FHESS introduces SENSATION >< THINKING >< FEELING >< INTUITION as a Jungian research hypothesis for investigating REALITY TESTING and the continuing availability of differentiated reality functions under hybrid pressure. The Note further examines METAPHYSICAL HYPOSTASIS as a possible internally available AANGRIJPINGSPUNT (point of action) through which INNER CAPTURE and OUTER CAPTURE may become operationally related. TRIAS 3.0 extends the inquiry to institutional capacity through three constitutive constituents — LEGISLATIVE >< EXECUTIVE >< JUDICIAL — and investigates how differentiated institutional capacities contribute to the ANSWER capacity of the composite configuration. Independent judicial KRINEIN (discern and decide within one’s own position) is examined as a differentiated capacity whose functional elimination may destabilise the configurative ANSWER capacity as a whole. Research Note 20 thereby connects socioreflexology and endocriminology with warfare science and peace science through a common empirical question: how do persons and institutions preserve access to reality, differentiated capacity, VERWEER and authorship of an ANSWER within hybrid configurations?
