Shoulder Osteoarthritis: Contemporary Approaches to Diagnosis, Treatment, and Rehabilitation

This narrative review discusses contemporary approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of shoulder osteoarthritis, with particular emphasis on glenohumeral osteoarthritis. It reviews clinical presentation, diagnostic imaging, conservative management, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation, intra-articular treatment, and surgical management. The article emphasizes individualized, multidisciplinary care aimed at reducing pain, preserving joint mobility, and improving functional outcomes.
