Abstract

Astrometric characterization, orbital velocity vector resolution, and predictive precovery/recovery search corridors for two unconfirmed, fast-moving Near-Earth Object (NEO) candidates intercepted on the Minor Planet Center Near-Earth Object Confirmation Page (NEOCP) on September 18, 2026: A11H5sE (V=16.37, prograde motion 135.61 "/h) and CETV5C2 (V=21.14, high-rate motion 194.27 "/h). Cross-matched against IMCCE SkyBoT Virtual Observatory (Observatoire de Paris / IAU) over a 15 arcmin radius, confirming zero cataloged solar system matches. Includes official MPC 80-column observation batches and degree-scale search boxes for archival precovery in ZTF, Pan-STARRS, and SkyMapper.
