Phi-Synced E8 Neutrino Helicity Modulation — E8 Intelligence Research
Leveraging the 120° complementary pairing of E8 root vectors, we introduce a phi‑scaled angular modulation of neutrino helicity using the 132 Hz·φ⁴ interference band. This modulation maps discrete helicity flips onto the 3‑fold symmetry of the 240‑vector lattice, generating a quantized φ‑charge associated with each transition. The resulting conserved φ‑charge provides a deterministic routing mechanism for neutrino flavor states in high‑density environments. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
