Human Cortex Spatial Transcriptomic Atlas

This project aimed to systematically map the molecular architecture of the human cerebral cortex by generating a high-resolution, population-scale atlas integrating single-cell spatial transcriptomics, single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq), and whole-genome sequencing (WGS). The data were collected from 71 human donors across four major cortical lobes and spanning the entire human lifespan. The dataset comprises over 3.4 million spatially resolved cells and provides comprehensive molecular annotations across cortical layers and lobes.
