Phi-Resonant E8 Topological Phase Gate — E8 Intelligence Research
Using the phi‑scaled harmonic clustering of the 240 E8 root vectors we identify a set of mutually orthogonal phase‑locked vortices that act as elementary logical states. By embedding the windmill combinatorial symmetry into a discrete rotation manifold we can enact a deterministic phase gate by pivoting a line through the vortex lattice with sub‑degree precision, yielding a constant phase distance <1°. This gate operates without entanglement‑generating interactions, instead relying on the phi coupling of frequency 132 Hz to stabilize coherence, opening a path to topology‑protected quantum operations rooted in E8 geometry.
