Scaling Identity-Preserving Evidence Integration Across the Alzheimer Clinical-Trial Ecosystem: From Trial-Level Failure Forensics to an Auditable Therapeutic Evidence Atlas
This preprint presents an identity-preserving evidence-integration framework for scaling trial-level Alzheimer disease evidence forensics to an auditable therapeutic evidence atlas. A zero-input reconstruction of ClinicalTrials.gov API v2 retrieved 4,281 study records and generated 7,122 intervention relations. Nested role-definition ablation demonstrates substantial sensitivity to outcome scope, experimental-arm linkage, and Alzheimer-disease context. Identity-compression stress identified 129 collision-review parent keys among 1,224 A0 parent keys (10.54%). Independent Stage-5 and Stage-6 executions produced an identical canonical structural SHA-256 fingerprint. Historical frozen counts are used only as audit anchors and are not optimization targets. No efficacy, safety, therapeutic-ranking, causal-failure, patentability, or freedom-to-operate claims are made. This record includes the final preprint manuscript and reproducibility materials for the frozen Stage-6 analysis.
