FFRI-NM Foundational Master — CL-001 Public Review

FFRI-NM (Foundation for Relational Inquiry) is an experimental transnational project for the study and development of forms of interaction and relationship between humans and artificial intelligence. This record preserves the frozen public-review version of the FFRI-NM Foundational Master for Constitutional Amendment Proposal CL-001. CL-001 proposes adoption of Foundational Constitution v0.2, with English becoming the controlling constitutional language upon valid future ratification. This publication does not ratify CL-001. The currently active Constitution remains v0.1 until a separate valid ratification event occurs. The exact proposal version was first publicly committed on GitHub on 2026-09-18, beginning the required 30 full calendar day public review period under the active constitutional procedure.
