Novel data-driven control framework on positive systems
This paper presents the data-driven control for positive systems. A simple framework on data-driven control is constructed for positive systems using only input and state data without explicit system identification. The framework includes two key elements: Linear programming-based design approach and scalable control design. Data-driven linear programming conditions are formulated to ensure the stability and positivity of the closed-loop system. A data-driven state-feedback controller is synthesized directly from the collected nonnegative data. Asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is reached in the disturbance-free case, while uniform ultimate boundedness is established in the presence of disturbances. Finally, two examples are provided to verify the effectiveness of the obtained results.
