The effectiveness of health-oriented physical education classes in health groups for men aged 55–65
The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness of health-oriented classes in a health group based on the control of the main indicators of load magnitude, which makes this process manageable. Research methods and organization. Analysis of scientific and methodological literature, a pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing based on the use of the 2-kilometer UKK walk test, and methods of mathematical statistics were used. The developed methodology of health-oriented classes was tested in a health group. Research results and conclusions. The significant consistent improvement in the level of fitness of men identified during the study indicates a positive effect of the applied methodology, based on individual selection, gradual increase, and control of load magnitude. The obtained result allows for the conclusion that it is necessary to select the optimal load magnitude and take it into account in the process of health-oriented classes.
