An innovative model of professional competence formation based on the synergy of digital technologies, medical education, and linguistic pedagogy

The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation and develop an innovative model of professional competence formation based on the synergetic integration of digital technologies, medical education, and linguistic pedagogy. Research methods: synthesis, and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, systemic and integrative approaches, pedagogical modeling, and comparative analysis were used. Research results and conclusions. The necessity of transition from the isolated development of professional, digital, and foreign language competencies to their integrative formation was substantiated. A structural-functional model was developed, including target, theoretical-methodological, content, technological, and diagnostic-evaluative blocks. The synergistic effect of mutual reinforcement of the three components of training was revealed. The proposed model ensures the integrity of training a competitive specialist capable of effectively using digital tools and foreign language professional communication in medical activities, and has potential for implementation in the system of continuing professional education.
