Abstract

The purpose of the study is to experimentally substantiate a methodology for individualizing the training process of highly qualified powerlifters with musculoskeletal disorders based on comprehensive biomechanical control. Research methods and organization. Anthropometry, video-biomechanical analysis of the bench press, the Stange test, well-being questionnaires, and analysis of training diaries were used. Highly qualified athletes (Masters of Sports and Masters of Sports of International Class) with musculoskeletal disorders took part in the study. The experimental group followed the developed individualized methodology with real-time correction of movement parameters, while the control group followed a traditional program. Research results and conclusions. In the experimental group, a significant improvement in kinematic characteristics was recorded after the experiment: maximum speed (Vmax) and movement duration (tmove). The number of pain complaints and episodes of overexertion was reduced. The necessity of transitioning from individual-group training to an increased proportion of individualized independent work was substantiated. It was established that the developed biomechanical control methodology using the "Silicon Coach" software allows for real-time adjustments, increasing the reliability of competitive performance.
