The Democratic Resilience Instrument (DRI) as an Evaluation Framework for Civic Technology
Civic technology initiatives claim to strengthen democratic resilience, but the field lacks a shared measurement infrastructure to assess if they really do. This paper introduces the Democratic Resilience Instrument (DRI), an impact measurement framework designed for the monitoring and evaluation of civic technology targeting European society.
