A Complete Characterization of the Electron in the SRE Framework: From the Binary Self-Organizing Network to Molecular Computation
In the Status–Relational Entropy (SRE) theoretical framework, the electron is not a point particle presupposed in space, but the unique, stable, noise-robust emergent fixed point obtained by the binary self-organizing network on the coherent core under the action of the sparsification operator R. Its basal structure is the three-dimensional cube Q₃ (8 vertices, 12 edges, first Betti number 5, i.e., 12×5 = 60). This study starts from the Fork A axioms, completes the argument through four stages: P0 (uniqueness), R2 (convergence), and R3 (robustness), and numerically reproduces the results with a 10/10 pass rate via the unified validation program. All proofs and validations hold only within the SRE model, representing the model's internal self-consistency, and do not automatically equate to real physical facts. Real-world physical and chemical phenomena must be examined by external means (DFT, molecular dynamics, experimental observation) separately. This study also presents transferable routines for molecular computation, including the coherence index MCI, basal structure detection, and relation-inverted geometry, providing a new perspective for molecular topological analysis.
