Maya Spectral Theory v.2: the well, the organ of Δ, the odd sector, the vibration of occupancy, and the work identity of an oval cycle.
Maya Spectral Theory (MST) is the spectral geometry of Maya Space M1,11=R1,1×wF10, and the spectral engine inherited by the Federico Maya Eternity Theorem, the Eternal Information Formula, Maya Theorems, and RENASCENT-Q Theory. Those papers do not replace this spectrum. After Liouville, the fibre-zero organ of the Laplace–Beltrami operator is a Pöschl–Teller well of weight ν=4 on L2(R): Hgeom=−∂r2+Veff, Veff=25−20 sech2r (κ=1). Fibre harmonics use the same organ at positive λ. The point spectrum of H0H_0H0 is finite, {9,16,21,24}, local negentropy Nneg=4N. In the reflectionless class those four atoms write the radial warp (Kay–Moses inverse). The essential spectrum is the gapped half-line [25,∞), van Hove type 0. The organ’s spectral form Φspec is the spectral theorem of that list plus the tank. The odd sector keeps {16,24} and an inner factor Sodd whose Clark node is k=±3. Occupancy of a 4D chart is a filtered subset of spherical harmonics on the light wall. Vibration is the mixed mode of null waves on that wall and gapped excitations in the tank (Hopfield polariton). Crystal thirteen is the graph 10+2+1 (torus, cones, silent bin), not a Minkowski axis and not a fifth bound state. This version isolates that spectrum as operator theory of one organ and states how MST differs from Sturm–Liouville textbooks, inverse scattering of a flat vacuum, compact-resolvent calculi, random-matrix statistics, spectral triples, index theory, and Laplacians on closed manifolds. Formula v.8 reads W=ΔdimV and Q=1/π from this spectrum. Maxwell and Poisson on a host are not this paper. Consciousness as efficiency is not a claim of MST.
