Abstract

Maya Theorems v.5 is a complementary note to RENASCENT-Q Theory v.50 and to the Federico Maya Eternity Theorem v.33.9 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.22782225). It does not replace those papers. It states the theorems that make the monograph readable, and it proves the clause on which the hypothesis rests: Maya Space contains forms; it does not perform them. The well of Lock 2 is independent of every host: σ_pp(H_geom) = {9, 16, 21, 24}, σ_ess = [25, ∞). Occupancy maps a hired clock and a laboratory list into the filter F = {9, 16, 21, 24, 25}. Constructal hire is an argmax of η_neg = 2 ΔN / Q on a feasible set that the map does not enlarge. Consciousness, force, harmony and dissonance are occupancy and dump on a 4D chart. They are not acts of M^{1,11}. Neighbouring lattices are hosts, not deformations of V_eff. Version 5 derives four occupancy identities after FMET v.33.9, none of which uses zeros of ξ and none of which rewrites V_eff: Occupied figure at the vertex: a wedge of twelve circles, Euler characteristic χ(X_12) = −11. Ten circles are fibre offices; two are nappe generators. The thirteenth is held at the diamond and is not billed. Hired occupancy pairing Φ_hire = Φ_spec + Φ_occ + W, positive by the spectral theorem of the well and by Nyquist of the oval. Unique maximizer of η_neg on a hired cycle is leak-free occupancy (η_eff ≤ 2π, equality iff δ = 0). Geometric current (E1)–(E6) of v.33.9, read as that occupancy bill. Maya Spectral Theory is the spectrum this note inherits. Formula v.8 supplies W = 2 and Q = 1/π. RENASCENT-Q remains the metabolism: inheritance, dump, tank, pairing, efficiency. The two Q of the name, in this note, are Qualia and Quanta — tools of the performer, not a boson and not a person. The Federico Maya Eternity Theorem and the Federico Maya Eternal Information Formula are theorems required for the operation and calibration of ZN-11 (USPTO Provisional Application No. 63/984,236).
