FESS / FCLS / FHESS Research Note 19 — Making the Finding Context Available: Scientific Availability, CRIMEN under the ENDO-Operator, KRINEIN, Scientific Oecumene and TRIAS 3.0 Before Institutional Actualisation

FESS / FCLS / FHESS Research Note 19 examines SCIENTIFIC AVAILABILITY as a condition for independent scientific reconstruction, formal conceptual articulation and possible institutional actualisation within the developing FESS, FCLS and FHESS research architecture. The Note returns to the publicly available WordPress finding reports preserved in Guido Ulens's research blog, Ulens's Blog, together with the Project Leliëndaal material. These materials are made available as a FINDING FIELD FOR INDEPENDENT SCIENTIFIC RECONSTRUCTION. Their continued public availability enables researchers to return to the earlier formulations, distinguish developing configurations, reconstruct operator relations and conceptual articulations, exercise independent KRINEIN, and make further findings available for continued research. Public research archive: Ulens's Blog — ulens.wordpress.com A central genealogical finding concerns ENDO-CRIMEN / ENDO-CRIMINA as early formulations of CRIMEN under the ENDO-operator. The later notation CRIMENₒ formalises the ENDO-operator through the subscript position ₒ and thereby makes an already operative research relation formally readable. Within the opening and differentiation of CRIMEN under the ENDO-operator, KRINEIN — the VERNUNFT-capacity to discern and decide within one's own position — becomes scientifically graspable. The WordPress finding report Wetenschap en manipulatie / Science et manipulation / Science and manipulation further develops this research movement by making the fixed label itself readable within the finding configuration and reopening the relation between finding object, label, reference grammar and available readings. The Note develops SCIENTIFIC OECUMENE as a relational research space in which distinct scientific, philosophical, legal, religious, secular and institutional positions remain available from within their own reference grammars and contribute their independent KRINEIN to a shared finding context. SCIENTIFIC NEUTRALITY preserves freedom of scientific position and opens that position to plural readability. SCIENTIFIC FAIR PLAY actively preserves relevant independent reading positions once they become available. Selection, wording, framing and reconstruction can thereby themselves enter the finding context and become available for scientific examination. The Note also distinguishes RESPONSE as dialogical feedback from ANSWER as endological feedback, through which returned material becomes available for further scientific processing. TRIAS 3.0 is developed as a scientifically available point of departure whose possible institutional actualisation constitutes an empirical research question.
