Paper CQ-VII: FSC Page Time and the Epoch of First Galaxy Formation: A Z4 Monodromy Derivation
We present a parameter-free derivation of the epoch of first galaxy formation within the Four-Sector Cosmology (FSC) framework, in which the universe is described as a Riemann surface Sigma_FSC = C*/Z_4. The FSC Page time is derived rigorously from the Lindblad entropy maximum condition: t_Page^FSC = (ln 2)/lambda = 1.757 Gyr, where lambda = 1.25 x 10^{-17} s^{-1} is the Sector-IV decay rate derived from first principles via the Feynman-Vernon influence functional in Paper CQ-VI (Theorem F). We prove Theorem J (FSC Galaxy Formation Theorem): the Z_4 half-action gamma^{1/2}: z -> exp(i pi/4) z on Sigma_FSC determines the epoch of first galaxy formation as t_galaxy = cos(pi/4) * t_Page^FSC = t_Page^FSC / sqrt(2) = 1.242 Gyr. This prediction agrees with James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) observations of first significant galaxy formation at z approximately 5 (t approximately 1.25 Gyr) to within 0.64%, with a z-score of 0.008 against the full JWST dataset --- consistent with a parameter-free prediction. We further establish that Sector-II dark matter halos (Omega_II = 0.27) function as topologically protected quantum memories C_II, with galaxy formation marking the onset of irreversible quantum information transfer from Sector-I to Sector-II at the Z_4 monodromy boundary theta = pi/4. The Z_4 sub-structure generates a hierarchy of predicted cosmic epochs: t_n = t_Page^FSC / 2^n, n = 1, 2, 3, ..., corresponding to z approximately 6.5, 10.5, 15, ..., in quantitative agreement with anomalous JWST high-redshift galaxy candidates. Open questions toward Paper CQ-VIII: (OQ-1) derivation of sigma_t ~ 0.3 Gyr from the uncertainty principle on Sigma_FSC; (OQ-2) systematic comparison of the t_n hierarchy with JWST deep field data at z > 6; (OQ-3) FSC stochastic gravitational wave background spectrum (n_T = 0, detectable by NANOGrav and LISA).
