Global Equity in Alzheimer's Disease and Cancer Clinical Research: Trial Representation Dataset, TREI-AC Scoring Code, and Supporting Documentation

This deposit contains the original dataset, coding and scoring scripts, and methodology documents underlying a monograph on global equity in Alzheimer's disease and cancer clinical research. It includes 400 randomly sampled interventional trials (200 per disease) drawn from ClinicalTrials.gov, coded against a six-category exclusion-criteria taxonomy and merged with World Bank income-tier classifications; domain and composite scores from TREI-AC, an Alzheimer's/cancer adaptation of the Trial Representation Equity Index (TREI, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21539926); a dedicated, exhaustive pull of all India-sited interventional trials for both diseases; the 30-trial stratified sample used for coding validation; and all Python scripts used to generate, code, and score this dataset, including an independent re-implementation used to verify the scoring logic. Also included is the command-line companion to Lexis, a browser-based keyword comparison tool developed as part of this research (https://macaly-cumrqk2asnom26x13s972t12-prod.macaly-app.com).
