AI IN A SYSTEM OF MEDICAL HIGH EDUCATION

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly used in medical higher education to support personalized learning, simulation- based training, intelligent tutoring, and assessment. This review analyzes recent literature on AI applications in medical education and considers the authors’ experience with AI -assisted teachi ng tools. AI can improve student engagement, provide individualized feedback, and support the development of digital and clinical competencies. However, its implementation requires appropriate faculty training, ethical oversight, data protection, and integration into structured curricula. AI should complement rather than replace traditional approaches to medical education.
